This is situated in Kargili Burun inlet and 3 nautical miles of Degirmen Biiku. It is protected from all winds; therefore, it provides perfect anchorage. It is well worth seeing with its pine trees down to the sea.


Longoz means "a lot of trees" in rhe
aeek language. This place is realy
wered with pine forests, and trees
extend to the shoreline. The sea is not
very clear. There are places for visitors
» rest and drink coffee by the sea.
There are a few families from lokova living in Longoz. There is a aiesidential house at the back of Longoz which was built during the time ' Turgut Ozal, the 8th president of Turkey. Behind the bay, there is a salt­water lake surrounded by pine trees.
