Bodrum Yanmadasi is in the
Westernmost part of Turkey
where the Mediterranean ends. It
resembles a horse's head. On this peninsula,
there are many beautiful bays and ancient
cities. Since it is a very windy place, there are
many windmills. Rapid urbanization started
in the peninsula after the 1960s.
Botrum has typical rock houses and pretty flowers.
The Northern part of Bodrum Yanmadasi
is covered with pine trees. In this area, one can see the beautiful mixture of trees and the sea. It is a wonderful place to spend vacations. This area is quieter than the Southern part where touristic facilities are mostly established.Yachts coming out of Bodrum and sailing to the Aegean sail around the peninsula. The first stop in the North of the peninsula is Torba Limani
