Turfanda Bükü

Turfanda Bükü

Torba is a natural bay lying in the South of Giilluk Korfezi. It is just 5 km from Bodrum. Covered with pine trees, this bay is an ideal place for those who want to have a peaceful holiday. While approaching the harbour, Torba village and Torba Tatil koyii (Torba Holiday Village), located on the slopes, are conspicuous. The region is sheltered from all winds except for the Northeasterlies. The inner part of the breakwater on the Western coast is suitable for mooring. As the bottom is mud and sand, it provides good holding.
Besides pine trees, there are also many olive trees contributing to the beauty of this region. Like Golkoy, Turkbiiku and Giindogan, Torba is also famous for its fishery.
