When approaching froın the West, Baba Adası is clearly visible after passing Dişibilmez Burnu, it is possible to pass from the North of the island. Anchoring is possible in the Northeast cove. This is the only anchorage between Köyceğiz Limanı and Kızılkuyruk.

hen approaching from the Northwest, Nar Adası is easily identified. Even behind Peksimet Adası with the light strueture on it (F1.10sl2M.) and Kurtoğlu Burnu can also be seen. The shallow patehes around Kurtoğlu Burnu cannot be seen until elose in, so çare should be taken.
Önce into the gulf, Fethiye Limanı is easily identified, but the bays in the West of the gulf are hidden behind Domuz and 7'ersane islands.
