Delik Ada

Delik Ada
36°47'9M, 28°35'6E
This small island lies at the mouth of Dalyan stream, connecting Köyceğiz Gölü (lagoon) to the Mediterranean, and is 2 nautical miles Southeast of Ekincik Koyu. When approaching, the island can easily be identified in front of the flat, reedy and swampy land behind. in calm weather and when meltem winds are not blowing strongly, it is possible to anchor in 4 m on the Northeastern side of the island. it is better not to stay here too long, although its location is quite attractive and anchoring there is easy.
