This is one of the largest islands of the chain of islands West of Fethiye Körfezi, and it is the Southernmost one. it is quite close to Manastır Koyu. The islands in Fethiye Körfezi create natural harbours by protecting the bays like breakvvaters.
There is a private dwelling and a quay on the Northern side of the island. Buildings are consipicuous from the North. At the Northwest end of the island, there is a bay sheltered from the prevailing wind. Anchoring is possible in the Eastern and Western inlets.
